Research and Development

C&U group technology center is a province grade tech center, and now it is applying for national grade. It holds over 100 engineers and technicians. Besides supplying technology support for 29 C&U factories, C&U technology center has also operating some basic research on bearing technology, which has developed stable surroundings for C&U bearings. Since the beginning, it has sponsored the draft of national standard in the fields of smooth bearings, automotive generator bearings, automotive compressor bearings, and made our C&U bearings be import substitution in domestic appliance bearings, small sized EMQ bearings and some kinds of automotive bearings.

Having established an excellent R&D Department, which now consists of 65 staff, our researchers are all holders of Doctor's degrees and high-class engineers' titles. Apart from developing new products and implementing technical and manufacturing standards, these personnel are also responsible for cooperating with related institutes and partner enterprises.

Due to our high standards, in recent years, we participated in the drafting of China national standard for Technical Factors of Vibration (Acceleration) for deep groove ball bearings in conjunction with the National Bearing Academy.
